Book a one-on-one consultation with an ExoCare Specialist to review your warranty and support options. Every Exobot product comes with a standard manufacturer’s coverage, usually valid for the first year. Once this initial warranty ends, ExoCare takes over, providing continuous protection and dedicated support. For clients who wish to extend coverage even further, ExoCare+ offers an additional two years of priority service, available if purchased at the time of sale or shortly after installation. This ensures your robot remains productive and supported for up to three full years. During this session, we will: Review your existing warranty terms and coverage timeline. Explain the benefits of ExoCare and ExoCare+ in detail. Provide clear guidance on eligibility, conditions, and pricing. Help you choose the best protection plan for your organisation’s needs.
